Anna Wolfe is an investigative reporter for Mississippi Today, a nonprofit digital news organization. She joined the team in September 2018 to write about poverty, equity and economic justice across the Southeast. She spent three years covering city and state politics and health care at the Clarion Ledger, where she earned Mississippi Press Association’s Bill Minor Prize for Investigative Reporting for her 2017 stories on hunger in the Mississippi Delta. She also previously worked as an investigative reporter at the Jackson Free Press and for the Center for Public Integrity. Wolfe is a native of Washington state and graduated from Mississippi State University in 2014.
